The directions on the Neti Pot say to use it every two hours. I only was able to get Jeff to use the Neti Pot one time. That must have been enough to clean his sinuses of the allergens. He went from itchy, swollen and irritated eyes and sinuses to perfectly healthy. He hasn't had a stitch of allergy symptoms since.
I don't know if it will work for everyone but it seems to have done the trick in our household!

wow that's great Skip used his twice it did ok. It's so nice to be able to use some thing so safe and not fill our bodies with chemicals. That is Gods way!! Have a great day.
