You may have seen the Neti Pot on the Oprah Show recently. There was a demonstration of the Neti Pot which is supposed to help relieve allergy symptoms as well as promote sinus health. Jeff suffers from allergies so I decided to track one down for him. Aren't I just the greatest wife?
The jury is still out but I wanted to share a picture. Jeff said it felt really good but kind of plugged his ears. It should take a few days before we know if it really works.

You ARE the greatest wife!! And Pastor Jeff is the gutsiest - I am far too chicken to try that!!!
Okay, so has he tried stinging nettles yet??? It has been an amazing blessing to many in my family - get the freeze dried, capsul form, though, at a health food store (not a major chain). The other ones don't work as well!! Blessings!!
