You and I both face difficult circumstances and difficult people. Even in the midst of God bringing us into a new season or something great, there seems to be new challenges and different ways we are stretched.
Numbers 13, reveals an account of Moses sending 12 spies into the land of Canaan. After 40 days, 10 came back with a negative report. They said the land was filled with cannibals! Okay, the fact that there were giants still there tells me they didn't eat each other but that is another issue entirely.
Two of the spies came back with a report of a land filled with milk and honey. One in which they were well able to overtake. It was a good report.
There are two things I want to pull from this account. One, this was a first. The Israelites had never been on the edge of a promised land, facing what they were facing. Two, though the situation seemed to be too difficult, it would still nourish them. It would be good for them. Sure there are giants but this land is full of milk, honey and grapes!
You may be up against a seemingly large situation or dream today. Maybe it's one you've never come across before. You don't have any experience in it. You are well able to overtake this.
You may be facing some giants. They are going to strengthen you and bring you needed nourishment.

Hey! I am excited to read your thoughts! My brother has been quite a blogger for years, he loves to journal, discuss...And I just never checked it out until recently. I am finding that as I read the thoughts/experiences of others, it is stirring up a creativity I had long put to bed.
