DID THE NETI POT WORK?

The directions on the Neti Pot say to use it every two hours. I only was able to get Jeff to use the Neti Pot one time. That must have been enough to clean his sinuses of the allergens. He went from itchy, swollen and irritated eyes and sinuses to perfectly healthy. He hasn't had a stitch of allergy symptoms since.

I don't know if it will work for everyone but it seems to have done the trick in our household!

ALLERGY RELIEF?

You may have seen the Neti Pot on the Oprah Show recently. There was a demonstration of the Neti Pot which is supposed to help relieve allergy symptoms as well as promote sinus health. Jeff suffers from allergies so I decided to track one down for him. Aren't I just the greatest wife?

The jury is still out but I wanted to share a picture. Jeff said it felt really good but kind of plugged his ears. It should take a few days before we know if it really works.
