I ENJOYED YESTERDAY

Last night was an amazing service! There was such an expectation and desire for God to move. That is the kind of stuff you just can't find everywhere.

At one point, I reflected on my trip to PV. While there, I was blessed to participate in worship. Since I didn't speak Spanish past, "where's the bathroom," I found it difficult to follow along with the words. Throughout the Psalms, David speaks about singing a new song to the Lord. This is different from the worship team teaching us a song we've never done before. Singing a new song is singing words that come directly from the heart. It is pouring out to Him how much we love Him, what we think of Him, our appreciation of Him or other things specifically between a person and God.

It was difficult at first but when I set my mind to sing even when I didn't know the words, the new song began to flow like Niagara in a rainstorm. We experienced that last night. I am proud of all of you who ventured to sing with us.

I was re-introduced to a gentleman and his wife I went to school with. Jim and Jessica are wonderful people who live in Monroe. I hope to see more of you!

It was great to see a man who rededicated his life when Bible Man was here. Pastor Jeff has been in e-mail contact with him. I am proud of you for taking the leap and coming! Anyone remember how you felt coming back?
